Fabrication
Our workshop is primarily focused on equipment rebuilds and control panel fabrication. Equipment rebuilds involve the identification and removal of damaged parts and upgrades of obsolete components. Any repair also includes cleaning and painting, mounting and wiring of new components, inspection, simulation, and testing of the complete system. Control Panel fabrication also includes building and painting the boxes and enclosures to customer specifications, as well as mounting and wiring of all components with inspection and testing. After authorization from the customer, we package and ship the equipment. We provide ongoing training that keeps Coalmont Electrical Development Corporation’s electricians abreast of the latest codes and standards. Our engineers and electricians are located in the same facility to provide open communications throughout the project. We improve quality through extensive simulation and applying the latest in technology and test equipment to assure integrity of our products.
