Rebuilds, Retrofits and Repairs can save time and money when budgets are limited. When downtime is not possible for a major system change, a custom retrofit may bring all of the leading edge technology without a major capital investment or risk. We have designed systems with the ability to change back and forth from old to new while making the transition to leading edge technology. When repair is needed, we have extensive experience repairing and upgrading systems in unique ways. Sometimes the best idea is to keep the trusted base and just modernize the weak elements. Many large gains can be achieved by just upgrading and reconfiguring the existing components. Upgrading a CPU may not be seamless but can result in major speed increases and software capability. Equipment we have repaired includes power centers, control panels, AC and DC Drives, process controls, and test equipment. We often fix equipment that is no longer supported by the manufacturer. Sometimes we can make a custom harness or interface to make a new unit fit an old system.
